Who we are

InstantGMP Inc. is a company that develops and sells the InstantGMP software platform. We also sell Standard Operating Procedures, software customizations, equipment integrations, and provide expertise consulting.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Visitors are encouraged to provide basic information for sales purposes on a completely voluntary basis. By providing your information (signing up on the training webpages and submitting inquiries) you are consenting to our sales team to follow-up with you via that provided information. Consent to communications can be revoked by you at any time by emailing jhall@instantgmp.com. None of your information is shared and never will be shared. We collect the following information: first name, last name, phone number, email address, company name, and industry.

Cookies

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. No data is shared with any third-party or any other party than InstantGMP Inc. If you submit an inquiry of any sort, we retain your data indefinitely. None of that information is shared with any other party except internally and InstantGMP, Inc. If a user requests a deletion of their account, we will delete that data and/or send that data to the individual or company per EU regulations.

For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

How we protect your data

Our website is encrypted and our Customer Relationship Platform (CRM) is also encrypted. Authentication is required to access and utilize this information by internal team members.

What data breach procedures we have in place

Should a breach occur, we will immediately notify the involved parties and take steps to address leaked information in compliance with EU regulations for data protection.

What third parties we receive data from

We utilize Google, Bing, and Yahoo analytics to identify trends in search engine results and referral patterns. Additionally, we often receive referrals from customers and former customers.
