New Functionalities

• Hide and move columns on summary screens in responsive design
• When the number of rows per page is changed, remember the selection
• Add “Disabled” and “Admin” columns to Personnel screen
• “Receive as Approved” material type allows materials to be received without going through quarantine process
• Split Receipts to New Bin allows materials to be stored in multiple bins with the same receipt number
• Add a “Write” API user to the Personnel Screen
• Update BPR and MPR Manufacturing Step filters to allow users to view a range of steps-
• Send E-M-ail Notifications to BPR Reviewers only once and only to selected reviewers
• Update the dashboard setting for “Only QM can Use Quarantine Material” so Quality Operators can also use these materials

• Allow “Add Batch to Inventory” button to appear on BPR Review page after status changes to Issued
• QMS Logs – allow Approvers to be updated until status changes to “Closed Out”

– Update DMS Approver Rules

1. If a Form is selected, ensure there are both Reviewers and Approvers are mandatory
2. If an upload a document is selected and there are no Reviewers, automatically send the notifications to Approvers
3. When notifications are sent out, only send to reviewers or Approvers who have not yet signed

– Put e-mail test button on user’s personnel screen
