Send Emails to BPR Reviews Once ALL Steps are Completed

Improvements
Once the BPR is issued, show the SIGN button under Reject on the Executed BPR
Review tab.
Allow documents to be hidden in Equipment and Room Logs

Allow MTO batches to be linked in Quality Logs
Hide the signature buttons on the Equipment Import screen after the PM and QM signs

Fixes
There is a misspelling in the Convert Logs message. “Convertion finished” should be “Conversion finished”.
Two arrows appear on MPRs Step to Add Part# and Equipment
Spelling Corrections – User Name in menu, Dashboard User Select, Shipping Manifest
When you edit a dynamic field, and then press sign, it should show the Signer’s name and timestamp on that screen.
MPR PDF Headers do not show text
When the E-Update checkbox is unchecked in Advanced Editing of an MPR, the corresponding Equipment check box is not unchecked
MPR and BPR PDFs – signatures are truncated if too long
MPR / BPR PDF – approvers do not always match with original list of approvers.
