New Functionalities

The history of outgoing emails is available in the Setup section

A mechanism to notify all the users about news, changes and versions updates through messages is on the login screen of the system.

A new category of Non-GMP equipment can be managed in the Equipment Log and used in batch production records

When Equipment is automatically logged in a Batch Production Record, the Verifier’s signature can be assigned as the Equipment Log Reviewer signature.

QM personnel can be automatically notified if an Equipment Log entry is signed and a Reviewer is needed

Improvements

A new column for “Expense Account” was added to Materials Nearing Reorder Level and Materials Nearing Alert Level reports

Two new columns, Quantity Remain and Project, were added to the Expiry and Retest automated reports

Equipment can be located in a Facility/Room without a bin assignment

When Equipment Location is updated, the new location is shown in the Equipment Log Description
