New Functionalities

All customer instances will now use the time zone of their local machine in Electronic Signature and date/time stamps.

An ADD PERSONNEL TO PROJECTS button on the personnel screen provides a way to select projects where personnel can be added.
(This is in addition to all Project Managers being automatically added to each new project and any user can be added to each individual project within the Projects module).

Improvements

Signature meanings (such as review, approval, authentication, etc.) associated with electronic signature have been updated per 21 CFR Part 11 Electronic Signatures.

The HTML editor used in Document Management forms, Vendor Management forms and forms templates was updated to HTML editor version 5.

Duplicate document management classifications and types are now prevented in the Setup of the Document Management System.

Materials or receipts that have been hidden will not appear in automated reports.

Documents in the “In-Training” status can be selected when a specification is being created or updated.

An API with Adobe Acrobat is now available to convert word documents to PDF versions.

An Export to Excel button is now on the Vault.

The status for inventory items will change at 11:45 PM on the day the expiry date is reached.

The Material Unit was added to Specification Information detail screen and the Specification Summary Screen.

Fixes

The system does not recognize year 2040 and greater in dates.

When a calculation in Dynamic Fields references a previous field, the result is temporarily incorrect in the BPR.

Template Tags have incorrect references.

The default inventory label cuts off the last 3 digits of a 25 character vendor lot #.

Reports on Materials Nearing Alert and Reorder Levels are blank.

Bulk Download of Vault folders not working correctly.

“Receiver” is misspelled in the Material Receipt screen.

“Approved” is misspelled in Inventory History Report search pane.

“Approved” is misspelled in the Inventory Cost/Unit Report.

Cannot Add In-Training Documents to LMS.
